We first found Marie at an open house 10+ years ago. We were young and naive but Marie gave us free advice that stuck with us for years. 10+ years later when it was time to sell it was a no brainer who to call. Marie and Robin worked with us to find the perfect house and sold out in an efficient manner. Only one open house, which mattered for us as we have a 4-year-old and did not want to disrupt his routine as much as possible. Marie got us over asking in short order.
